For front-end web developers and designers who work on mobile web projects, new Adobe Shadow Labs release 4 helps ensure your web content displays as intended across browsers, platforms, & devices.

  • Screenshot feature updates: You can now specify the folder where you want Shadow to save its screenshots. In addition, there are now visual and audible feedback cues when screenshots are taken.
  • UI Improvements: Shadow now lives in the menubar extras on OSX and the Taskbar on Windows. The Helper Application Window has been removed.
  • Improved Remote Inspection: More viewing room to inspect your work: You can hide Shadow’s UI chrome on mobile devices to allow for a full screen view of web content.
