Mobile devices have changed the way consumers interact with businesses, and today’s digital marketers must understand how consumers use different devices to be able to build and optimise mobile marketing strategies that deliver the right mobile experience to each mobile user.

In recent research conducted by Adobe and the Guardian Media Network, 35% of respondents admitted to lacking a clearly defined mobile marketing strategy and in stark contrast, 3% described their organisation as ‘mobile first’.
