Game Questions

LevelUp for Photoshop is a plug-in panel installed through Adobe Extension Manager CS5.5. See the brief tutorial below for the step-by-step installation.
The more you participate, the more you earn. You earn points when you log in to the game the first time as well as when you complete missions and levels, earn badges, answer quiz questions correctly, share badges and awards on Facebook and Twitter, and purchase Photoshop CS5 after finishing the game.

Read through the tutorials and watch the videos in each mission’s Help section to earn a lot of additional points. It’s best to do this at the start of each mission, so that you get great background information and increase your chances of winning a badge.
If you complete all three game levels, each set of 400 points you earn is automatically converted into one entry in the monthly drawing for a copy of Adobe Creative Suite® 5.5 Master Collection. You can brag when your name appears on the daily leaderboard. And you can continue on to additional levels if Adobe releases more.
In addition to earning award badges and having the opportunity to be entered into the monthly drawing for Creative Suite Master Collection, players are eligible to win one of 200 copies of Adobe Photoshop CS5 Classroom in a Book. Players are also eligible to win Photoshop schwag, but we need your mailing address along with your Adobe ID. Create your Adobe ID online, complete your profile with mailing information, and be sure to use your Adobe ID email address when you sign in to play the game.
Share your game status, badges, and awards on Facebook and Twitter to flaunt your smarts and earn game points. Each social sharing post on Facebook or Twitter earns you 50 additional points. You get one chance to earn points for social sharing at the time you receive a badge award.
Yes, you can play all of the missions as many times as you want. Earning most badges requires skills, luck, or both.
In order to play LevelUp for Photoshop, earn badges, and participate in the drawings, you need Photoshop CS5 or Photoshop CS5 Extended.
If you don’t have the software, download the trial version from this page. If you have an earlier version of Photoshop, simply upgrade to version CS5 or download the trial version.
Your points are converted into an entry in our monthly drawing for a copy of Creative Suite Master Collection. You can also send us feedback on the game via Adobe’s forums; share the game with others; buy Photoshop CS5, Photoshop CS5 Extended, or a CS5.5 Suite to get an additional five entries in the monthly drawing; re-play the missions to earn more badges and points; try each mission using your own photos; and learn more about how to use Photoshop—and earn additional points—by accessing the tutorials and articles in each mission’s Help section.
We award the Owner badge to game participants who have used the trial version of Photoshop CS5 Extended, finished all levels, and then purchased Photoshop CS5, Photoshop CS5 Extended, or one of the CS5.5 Suites. An Owner badge comes with a whooping 2,000 points, which give you a total of five additional entries in our monthly drawing for Creative Suite 5.5 Master Collection.
We are randomly giving away a limited number of Peachpit’s Photoshop CS5 Classroom in a Book volumes to players who finish the game. Win a Copy of Master Collection

Flaunt your status and your points! But that’s not all. On the last day of every month, we’ll hold a drawing for a copy of Adobe Creative Suite® 5.5 Master Collection software. Your points give you automatic entry into the drawing, with each set of 400 points counting as one entry. The more you interact with the game and learn about Photoshop, the more points you get, so it’s easy to earn one, two, or even more entries. And if you become a Photoshop Owner, you automatically get five more entries in the next month’s drawing.
