LevelUp for Adobe® Photoshop® Official Rules

The LevelUp For Adobe Photoshop Game (the “Game”) is sponsored by Adobe Systems Incorporated, 345 Park Ave., San Jose, CA 95110 (“Adobe” or “Sponsor”). Employees, independent contractors, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising promotion and fulfillment agencies, legal advisors, and the immediate family members and persons living in the same household of such persons are not eligible to participate in the Game. Residents of jurisdictions prohibiting such promotions should consider this offer void.

To play, download the Game from adobe.ly/levelupforps, install it, and pass through all missions. Adobe Photoshop CS5 or CS6 software is required to play the Game, and if you do not own it already, you can download a trial version of Photoshop CS6 from Adobe.com. Points are awarded for the completion of each mission, passing quizzes, reading the help articles, winning virtual award badges, and social sharing, when available. If players have an Adobe ID, the email address used to sign into the Game must be the same as their Adobe ID.

By participating in the Game, each participant agrees to release and hold SPONSOR and the employees, officers, directors, shareholders, agents, representatives of SPONSOR, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, and legal advisors, harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind in connection with the drawing or resulting from entrant's participation, acceptance, possession, or use of any prize, including without limitation, personal injury, death, and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy. Entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules and by the decisions of SPONSOR, whose decisions are final. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules or the rights obligations of entrant and Sponsor in connection with the drawing, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without giving effect to any choice of law rules or provisions (whether of the State of California or any other jurisdiction), that would cause the application of the laws of any other jurisdiction other than the State of California.

By submitting your content you hereby grant to Sponsor a royalty-free, non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide license to use, reproduce, distribute, publicly perform, publicly display, modify for purposes of publicly performing and publicly displaying, and prepare derivative works based upon winner's entry, for the purposes of advertising and promoting Adobe products, and for inclusion in and distribution with Adobe products. Also, by submitting an content, you agree that Sponsor may use your name and likeness, in publicity or advertising without compensation.
